Music On Malta came to us ahead of their ticket release with a clear goal: sell out faster than ever. We built a comprehensive campaign infrastructure from the ground up — paid media on Meta, a registration-first campaign to build the audience before on-sale, CRM setup in Klaviyo with segmented flows, SMS broadcast sequences, and a WhatsApp community that became a direct conversion channel. AI-generated design assets using Claude Design powered every touchpoint: artist cards, ticket warnings, countdown posts, and social overlays — all produced at speed and at scale. The result: doubled ticket sales in just 10 days, 15x ROAS on paid media spend, and 80% of WhatsApp community members converted to ticket buyers.
