This policy explains how E Labs Ventures Ltd., trading as E Labs, handles personal information through this website and the E Labs Google Ads connection. It covers visitors, business contacts and people authorising access to a Google Ads account.
1. Who is responsible
E Labs Ventures Ltd. is a UK company, number 17050248. Our registered mailing address is 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. This is not a staffed visitor office. Contact elliot@e-labs.agency with privacy questions or requests; DACH enquiries can also go to sarah@e-labs.agency.
We are the controller for our website, enquiries and business administration. When we handle information solely on a client's instructions, the client may be the controller and our agreement with that client governs our processing role.
2. Information we collect
- Enquiries and audit requests: your name, business email, company or event name, website or social link, role, ticket volumes, advertising budget, channels, timing, service interests, referral source and any message you provide.
- Resource requests: contact and business details, ticket volumes, requested resource and an optional telephone number where supplied.
- Client work: correspondence, briefs, account identifiers, campaign information, reports and administrative records needed for the agreed service.
- Website usage: IP address, browser and device information, page visits, referral and campaign information, cookie identifiers and events such as submitting a form or requesting a resource.
- Connected Google Ads accounts: the information described separately below, obtained through your authorised Google account connection.
Information comes from you, your browser, the client organisation you represent and accounts you authorise us to access. Required form fields are marked; without them we may be unable to fulfil the request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the website forms.
3. E Labs and Google Ads data
The application name is E Labs. Its Google API connection is for Google Ads only, supporting Google Ads account reporting and campaign management for the account owner or authorised client. It does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google Calendar events.
When you authorise a connection, the relevant data includes Google Ads customer and manager-account identifiers, account names and settings, campaign and ad-group settings, ads and creative assets, keywords and targeting settings, budgets and bids, and performance measures such as impressions, clicks, cost and conversions. The accounts accessible depend on the permissions of the Google user who grants access.
We use that data to review performance, prepare reports, identify campaign improvements and carry out campaign changes within the work you authorise. Granting OAuth access is not, by itself, an instruction to launch campaigns, change budgets or spend money. Those actions remain subject to your agreed service scope and instructions.
Google handles authentication; you should not give E Labs your Google password. Access and refresh tokens may be retained to maintain an authorised connection, alongside account configuration and reports needed to deliver the service. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for that work, subject to confidentiality and appropriate security controls.
E Labs handles information obtained through Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its applicable Limited Use requirements. Google Ads data is used for the authorised Ads features and is not sold, supplied to data brokers, or repurposed to build unrelated advertising profiles. It is not included in the website conversion-tracking disclosures described in section 5.
You can revoke the E Labs connection through Google Account connections. Where access is provided through a Google Ads manager account, review or remove that access in Google Ads as well. Revocation prevents further use of that connection but does not automatically erase reports already retained. To request deletion of stored tokens, account data or reports, email elliot@e-labs.agency with the account or organisation concerned. We may verify your authority before acting. We stop using revoked access and delete information no longer needed, subject to the limited retention reasons in section 7. Deleting E Labs' copies does not delete your Google Ads account or Google's own records.
4. Why we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, deliver requested resources and audits, perform agreed services, administer client relationships, protect systems, maintain records, and understand website and campaign performance.
For personal data governed by UK or EU data-protection law, our bases depend on the purpose: taking steps you request before a contract or performing it; legitimate interests in responding to business contacts, operating and securing our services and managing business records; legal obligations; and consent where required, including for relevant marketing and non-essential tracking. Legitimate interests do not replace consent where cookie or electronic-marketing rules require it.
Resource and audit requests may be recorded in our CRM and used for relevant follow-up or marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or object by contacting us. Essential replies and service communications may continue where needed to handle your request or contract.
5. Website cookies and measurement
The website integrates Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, Meta Pixel, Leadsy visitor-identification technology and OpenAI advertising measurement. Depending on the integration, these providers receive page and event information, device and network information, referral identifiers or cookies. Leadsy is used to help identify visiting businesses.
When enabled, server-side conversion integrations with Meta and OpenAI send lead or resource-registration events, including hashed contact identifiers and browser/network signals. Hashing does not make identifiable information anonymous. These website enquiry and conversion events are separate from information retrieved through the Google Ads API connection.
Your cookie choice: analytics and advertising scripts load only after you choose Accept in the cookie control. Essential only leaves these scripts disabled. The same preference gates Meta and OpenAI server-side conversion events. Use Cookie settings to change your choice; withdrawing consent stops future measurement and reloads the page. Enquiry forms still work without measurement consent. Your choice is stored for up to six months. This choice does not subscribe you to email marketing.
6. Sharing and international processing
Information is available to the E Labs staff and contractors who need it to handle your request or authorised work. Website and enquiry providers include Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Slack for internal notifications, and Klaviyo for CRM, resource delivery and email communications. The measurement providers above receive data for their stated functions. Google receives requests and changes required to operate the authorised Google Ads connection.
We may also share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities when necessary for legal duties, security, or establishing and defending legal claims. We do not publish private client account information in case studies without authority to do so.
Providers may process information outside the UK or your country of residence, including in the United States. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, the relevant arrangement must provide them, for example an applicable adequacy framework or approved contractual protection. Contact us for information about the recipients and transfer arrangements relevant to your data.
7. Retention and security
We retain enquiry and client information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, provide the service and manage related follow-up. We determine the period by the information's purpose, whether the relationship is active, contractual obligations, accounting and tax requirements, and any genuine dispute or security need. We delete or anonymise information when those purposes end.
Google Ads connection credentials are retained only while needed for authorised access. Campaign reports and related records may remain after disconnection where necessary for agreed reporting, legal duties or a dispute; they are not used to resume revoked access. A deletion request is assessed against those purposes, and we explain any lawful reason that prevents full deletion. Minimal suppression records may be kept to respect a marketing opt-out.
We use access restrictions and security measures appropriate to the data and service. Website connections use HTTPS. No transmission or storage system is completely secure; please report suspected unauthorised access promptly using our contact email.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law and the processing involved, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email elliot@e-labs.agency to exercise these rights. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Where a client controls the data, we may refer the request to that client or assist them. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the relevant authority where you live.
9. Children, third-party sites and changes
Our agency website and account connections are intended for business users, not children. Third-party sites and booking services operate under their own privacy notices. We update this policy when our activities change and show the date above. Material changes to Google-data purposes require an updated disclosure and any further authorisation required before that new use begins.
